📋 Description

• Build a team of direct Sales Executives to drive rapid new business sales growth in the region
• Develop regional sales strategy with Sales Operations to go-to-market effectively, including
• Engage in territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity development to drive revenue
• Recruit, coach, and mentor team members to drive excellence
• Develop territories and quotas; communicate performance expectations
• Manage and report forecast and pipeline; achieve annual sales goals

🎯 Requirements

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• Proven new business sales success with C-Level negotiation
• Strong recruiting, coaching, and team management
• Strategic, analytical, and financial planning to meet quotas
• Accurate CRM reports with quarterly forecasts and opportunity inspection
• Experience driving sales processes and collaborating with Sales Operations
