📋 Description

• Plan and lead operational expansion of the Culinary Institute.
• Ensure budget and grants keep the program fiscally sound.
• Strengthen systems to boost clarity, efficiency, and decisions.
• Document key workflows and institutional knowledge.
• Ensure staff have the materials they need.
• Manage prioritization and leadership time for Culinary initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Experience leading multiple cross-functional initiatives with senior leaders.
• Ability to use data to identify insights and communicate findings to leadership.
• Excellent project management: planning, needs assessment, and resource management.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Asana, and MS/Google Suite for PM/analysis.
