🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven experience in sales leadership, ideally in SaaS or B2B software.
• Demonstrated success building and managing high-performing sales teams, consistently exceeding
• Experience leading sales professionals generating their own pipeline and meeting booking objectives.
• Strong background in modern prospecting, account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and deliver measurable growth.
• Experience managing customer relationships in subscription-based software.
