📋 Description

• Own the direction, roadmap, and operating model for Product Data & Analytics
• Recruit, hire, and lead a team across Data Scientists, Analytics Engineers, and Data Analysts
• Design org structure, leveling, and career paths for scale
• Standardize metrics, experimentation, and analytics across MoonPay
• Partner with Product & Engineering to embed analytics in the product lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in data science, analytics, or analytics engineering with leadership experience
• Track record building/scaling a data function in high-growth environments
• Strong collaboration with Product & Engineering to embed analytics & experimentation
• Technical fluency across data disciplines; ability evaluate modeling/experimentation tradeoffs
• Excellent stakeholder management; able to communicate to executives and cross-functional teams
• Experience in fintech, payments, or crypto a plus; interest in crypto/Web3
