📋 Description

• Own Demand Gen Campaigns, Concept to Launch: Set up and manage campaigns across email, paid, and
• Make Sure Klue Shows Up, In Person and Virtually: Plan and execute Klue's full event calendar
• Direct the SDR Function: Own the SDR Manager relationship and set the strategy behind it: quarterly
• Give Marketing Ops Day-to-Day Leadership: Help prioritize workload against the broader demand gen
• Develop AI Workflows: Change how demand gen actually operates day to day, not just as a layer on

🎯 Requirements

• Experience running multi-channel B2B SaaS demand gen campaigns end to end.
• Experience coordinating with sales or SDR teams on targeting, messaging, and talk tracks.
• Experience planning and running events, in-person and virtual.
• Comfortable operating with a lean team and limited budget, finding scope through better processes
• Some experience managing or closely overseeing another person's work.
