Director, Demand Generation

📋 Description

• Own demand generation for Dispatch and Youreka, reshaping marketing; own BDR strategy and targets
• Assess from first principles to determine marketing focus (paid acquisition, lifecycle/email
• Identify through testing which segments and messages convert; share insights with Product Marketing
• Build a content engine (website copy, case studies, thought leadership)
• Manage BDR team strategy/targets and existing marketing resource; build team over time
• Diagnose marketing channel mix and prioritize investment

🎯 Requirements

• 5-10 years marketing experience, specifically demand generation and program definition
• Startup-tested operator comfortable with hands-on execution
• Track record of owning a marketing function/team from early stage
• Hands-on demand-gen/marketing management experience required; BDR/SDR/inside-sales management a plus
• Analytical, first-principles thinker
• Strong written communication
