Own CI/CD pipeline architecture end-to-end
Lead DevSecOps and secure release readiness with Security, QA, Eng

Establish deployment patterns, tooling, and environment management

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field (or equivalent)
5-8 years in DevOps/Release Eng/Software Eng
5+ years in leadership managing engineering or DevOps teams
Proven CI/CD pipeline architecture and release processes
Deep experience with DevSecOps tooling (SAST/DAST/SCA, container scanning)
Experience with IaC and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
