📋 Description

• Lead drug product CMC strategy and execution for small molecule programs through development
• Direct formulation and process development for oral solid dosage forms, scale-up, and control
• Provide technical leadership for technology transfers, process characterization, validation, and
• Select and oversee CDMOs supporting drug product development, manufacturing, packaging, and
• Establish expectations, work plans, timelines, budgets, and performance measures for external
• Analyze formulation, manufacturing, analytical, and stability data to identify trends, troubleshoot

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, or
• Demonstrated experience leading therapeutic product formulation and process development programs.
• Strong technical expertise in formulation, process development, scale-up, technology transfer
• Experience supporting drug product development through commercialization, launch experience
• Proven success managing CDMOs in a highly outsourced operating model.
• Strong knowledge of drug product manufacturing, analytical testing, specifications, and control
