Director, Enterprise Data Management

📋 Description

• Establish and lead enterprise-wide data governance programs, standards, stewardship practices
• Define and manage master data domains, initially focusing on customer, product, and contract
• Partner with business leaders to improve data quality, consistency, ownership, and accountability
• Define systems of record, data ownership, enterprise identifiers, and standards across applications
• Establish data integration practices that improve data flow, lineage, transparency, and consistency.
• Lead initiatives to simplify and standardize data across ERP, CRM, and other enterprise

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise data management, analytics, business
• Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams spanning data engineering, analytics, and
• Proven success implementing and operationalizing enterprise data governance and master data
• Strong experience working within integrated ERP, CRM, and enterprise application environments.
• Experience leading cloud-based data platforms, enterprise data warehouses, business intelligence
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive stakeholders, business leaders, and technical
