• Lead, and continue to build, a high-performing event technology team and the systems that make
• Own and advance a prioritized, multi-year event technology roadmap aligned with marketing
• Keep a complex event technology ecosystem launch-ready, reliable, and scalable across registration
• Govern secure and compliant handling of attendee and event data ensuring required security
• Strengthen and steward a trusted event data foundation connecting registration, attendance, and
• Optimize financial and operational performance of the event technology portfolio through

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in event technology, corporate events, or marketing technology, including
• A demonstrated record of leading and evolving an established organization, developing strong
• Experience owning event technology strategy and delivery for a flagship conference with 35,000+
• Broad, credible experience across enterprise event management, mobile apps, meetings, check-in and
• Experience partnering with Enterprise Security, Legal, and Privacy on platform security reviews
• Experience stewarding event data layers, pipelines, warehousing or lakehouse concepts, tables, data
