📋 Description

• Develop and own a multi-year federal government affairs strategy
• Conduct a systematic audit of Axon's federal relationships
• Coordinate across legal, communications, product, sales and executive teams
• Build and maintain a network of relationships with senior officials and Congressional staff
• Navigate the law enforcement technology adoption landscape
• Ensure federal engagement meets ethical and compliance standards

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years relevant experience in public service, government affairs, or policy roles
• Experience on House/Senate Homeland Security, Judiciary, or Armed Services Committees
• Track record running hill strategies and passing bills
• Understanding of federal law enforcement culture and technology adoption
• Strategic thinking and ability to set strategy
• Bias for action and outcomes
