Director, Finance Transformation & Systems

📋 Description

• Own strategic direction and governance of key financial systems (ERP, subledgers, reporting).
• Oversee configurations, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with testing and change controls.
• Partner with IT to ensure reliable data flows and system performance.
• Drive enterprise finance transformation projects focused on automation and standardization.
• Develop and govern a multi-year Finance technology roadmap aligned with growth and controls.
• Collaborate with executives to drive user adoption and training for new system functionalities.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, financial systems, or transformation.
• Led at least one enterprise ERP implementation or large-scale finance transformation.
• Strong understanding of accounting, internal controls, financial reporting, and operating models.
• Proven ability to influence executives and lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
• Experience developing technology roadmaps, business cases, and governance models.
• Must be onsite at least 3 days per week in the New York City-area office.
