Director, Financial Systems & Transformation

📋 Description

• Own ERP (Campfire) as the financial system of record, including configuration
• Own procure-to-pay (P2P) tooling strategy for AP and T&E
• Design and maintain AI-powered workflows for Finance, incl. close and reporting
• Build ITGC and controls readiness, incl. access, SOD, change mgmt
• Partner with Finance, Engineering and AI Central to realize the vision
• Oversee data integrations (Rippling payroll) across the stack

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in financial systems or accounting tech in growth env
• ERP expert with NetSuite, Campfire, Sage Intacct or similar
• Strong US GAAP and month-end close knowledge
• Experience building ITGCs, access controls, and SOX readiness
• Hands-on API integrations and data pipelines with Eng
• Enthusiasm for AI/automation and agent-based workflows
