Director, Fraud Operations

📋 Description

• Establish the strategic vision, objectives, operating model, and performance standards for the
• Own departmental performance across fraud losses, service levels, productivity, quality, employee
• Provide executive oversight for significant, complex, or high-profile fraud investigations and
• Identify fraud trends, systemic vulnerabilities, emerging financial crime risks, and control gaps
• Lead the development and execution of fraud risk management strategies, operational improvements
• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Legal

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of progressive experience in fraud investigations, financial crimes, fraud
• A minimum of 7 years of direct people leadership experience leading fraud investigations, fraud
• Proven experience leading large-scale fraud investigation or fraud operations functions with
• Demonstrated success in developing leaders, building high-performing teams, strengthening
• Experience owning operational performance, service delivery, workforce planning, financial
• Strong knowledge of fraud typologies, fraud risk management frameworks, financial crime trends
