Provide project management, direction and oversight to the Global Engineering Programs department
Coordinate facility and utility projects to ensure adherence to AbbVie Standards and Specifications
Develop resource plans for approved projects and make recommendations regarding use of
Establish and maintain relationships with external engineering and construction organizations
Manage and leverage common engineering systems
Accountable for processes, policies and procedures related to Capital and Facilities Planning

🎯 Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Architecture
Master of Management or MBA preferred
10-15 years experience as a Manager, Project Engineering
Experience developing resource plans for approved projects
Ability to establish and maintain relationships with external engineering and construction
