📋 Description

• Accountable for all processes, policies and procedures related to Capital and Facilities Planning
• Define and document expectations related to Good Engineering Practice and Project Execution
• Responsible for strategic planning and facility asset utilization for AbbVie corporate wide
• Overall responsibility for AbbVie-wide capital planning process for major (>$5MM) investments in
• Conduct and record benchmarking of project management best practices within AbbVie, professional
• Provide and oversee discipline specific engineering expertise to corporate wide stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture, combined with Master's Degree in Management or
• 10-15 years experience as a Manager, Project Engineering required
• Experience developing resource plans for approved projects
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with external engineering and construction
