📋 Description

• Accountable for all processes, policies and procedures related to Capital and Facilities Planning
• Define and document expectations related to Good Engineering Practice and Project Execution
• Responsible for strategic planning and facility asset utilization for AbbVie corporate wide
• Overall responsibility for AbbVie-wide capital planning process (Plan and LRP) for major (>$5MM)
• Conduct and record benchmarking of project management best practices within AbbVie, professional
• Provide and oversee discipline specific engineering expertise to corporate wide stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Architecture and/or combined with Masters Degree in Master of
• 10-15 years experience as Manager, Project Engineering required
• Experience of developing resource plans for approved projects.
• Ability to establish and maintain appropriate relationships with external engineering and
