• Deep expertise in leveraging full-funnel recruiting analytics, capacity planning, and predictive
• Strong forward-thinking mindset with hands-on experience integrating AI tools, automation, and
• Proven ability to anticipate macro talent market dynamics, resolve complex hiring bottlenecks, and
