📋 Description

• Lead strategy, operations, and evolution of Snowflake's global mobility and immigration programs.
• Partner with People, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Tax, Finance, and business leaders to support
• Scale the global workforce while balancing employee experience, operational excellence, and
• Leverage AI-powered tools, automation, analytics to improve decision-making and efficiency.
• Provide strategic guidance on mobility, international expansion, and vendor partnerships.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in global mobility/immigration or international workforce programs.
• 3+ years in second-line management overseeing mobility strategies.
• Proven ability to drive outcomes like offer-acceptance and location strategy.
• Experience with technology, automation, AI, and data-driven insights to scale programs.
• Strong understanding of global mobility tax, social security, payroll, and compliance.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders across People, Legal, Tax, Finance, and Talent
