📋 Description

• Lead global team of managers and individual contributors across Value Consulting, Proposal Writing
• Guide Value Consultants to ensure consistent methodology and quality
• Oversee Proposal Writing function for timely, accurate RFP responses
• Direct program management resourcing and process for cross-functional initiatives
• Oversee Partnership Solutions team and regional GSP Solutions Consultants
• Align priorities, staffing, and process with Sales, Solutions Consulting, PMM, and Partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Solutions Consulting, program/business operations, or related client-facing function
• 4+ years managing managers or multi-team organizations
• Experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams toward shared operating rhythm
• Strong program management fundamentals: prioritization, resourcing, executive reporting
• Familiarity with value engineering/ROI methodology and enterprise RFP processes
• Experience supporting or partnering with Partnerships/Alliances function
