📋 Description

• Lead a global team of managers and individual contributors across Value Consulting, Proposal
• Guide the Lead and Senior Value Consultants building business cases and ROI narratives for
• Oversee the Proposal Writing function ensuring timely and accurate RFP/proposal responses
• Direct program management resourcing and process for cross-functional initiatives
• Oversee the Partnership Solutions team and regional GSP Solutions Consultant leads
• Partner with Sales, Solutions Consulting, PMM, and Partnerships leadership to align priorities and

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Solutions Consulting, program/business operations, or related client-facing function
• 4+ years managing managers or multi-team organizations
• Experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams toward a shared operating rhythm
• Strong program management fundamentals: prioritization, resourcing, executive reporting
• Familiarity with value engineering/ROI methodology and enterprise RFP processes preferred
• Experience supporting or partnering with a Partnerships/Alliances function is a plus
