Director, Global Supplier Management

📋 Description

• Lead the Technical Sourcing and Supplier Materials teams for IT infra.
• Own CoreWeave's global supplier strategy across ODMs, OEMs, NAND/DRAM, networking.
• Develop LTAs and governance for constrained components.
• Drive RFQ, cost modeling, MSAs, SOWs, and long-term agreements.
• Manage CTB tracking, capacity planning, and allocation for critical BOM items.
• Partner with Talent, Legal, and Finance to scale supplier programs.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience in enterprise hardware, data center infra, or cloud environments.
• Deep technical fluency across GPU/CPU servers, NVMe, NAND, DRAM, and high-speed networking.
• Experience leading and developing teams of sourcing professionals.
• Proven track record negotiating large multi-year supplier agreements at $100M+.
• Strong command of LTAs, price protections, escrow, and tariff provisions.
• Ability to present to C-suite and influence senior stakeholders; cross-functional collaboration.
