📋 Description

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation across Ripple Treasury from ideation to delivery.
• Partner with senior leaders to define program scope, metrics, and governance structures.
• Own roadmaps: plans, dependencies, risks, and resolution.
• Champion change management — comms, training, and adoption frameworks.
• Translate priorities into executable work with clear ownership and accountability.
• Establish and maintain program health reporting and exec status updates.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years in a Director-level or equivalent program role.
• Led large cross-functional transformation programs in tech or finance.
• Strong collaboration; credible with executives; navigate organizational complexity.
• Excellent process design and systems-thinking; map current to future state.
• Proficient with PM tools: Asana, Jira, Smartsheet; Looker/Tableau a plus.
• Experience applying AI tools to programs (Claude/ChatGPT) to speed work.
