📋 Description

• Overall Project accountability - own project outcomes and make time, cost and product trade-offs
• Manage Customer Success engineers assigned to the Project
• Define efficient, scalable product expansion in collaboration with Product Director, CPO and CSO
• Lead GET partner relationships and resolve customer issues
• Own GET customer readiness and acceptance outcomes
• Champion product through technical workshops and demonstrations

🎯 Requirements

• Substantial Australian electricity or energy-sector experience
• Proven commercial leader with energy-sector technology commercialisation
• Demonstrated project outcome leadership across customer, engineering and product teams
• Ability to turn customer discovery into prioritised requirements and acceptance criteria
• Ability to explain technical value to senior stakeholders
