📋 Description

• Own the GTM systems architecture strategy across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Business
• Lead AI transformation across GTM; drive AI-first infrastructure from lead-to-cash to
• Improve reliability, performance, and adoption of current systems; identify next wave of
• Protect and elevate data foundations with governance and security for trustworthy AI models
• Align stakeholders and drive clarity to support rapid growth of GTM teams
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of developers and engineers

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in fast-paced companies delivering cross-functional projects
• 5+ years leading and developing high-performing technical teams
• Deep architectural thinking with scalable, well-documented systems
• Strong understanding of Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success business motions
• Hands-on, AI-first fluency applying AI tools, agents, and automation to GTM workflows
• Experience managing multi-system GTM tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, sales
