📋 Description

• Oversees design and conduct of HEOR projects and communicates findings
• Provides product leadership to HEOR strategic direction
• Aligns HEOR project plans with product strategies from matrix teams
• Manages end-to-end delivery of HEOR work, from strategy to content
• Ensures strong partnership with HEOR COE functions
• Engages with senior leaders in cross-functional settings

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in health economics or related discipline
• Minimum 7 years experience with Master's, 5 years with PhD
• Preferred PhD in Economics, Econometrics, or epidemiology
• 3+ years clinical development experience in pharma or related
• Proven leadership in cross-functional global team environment
• Knowledge of global regulatory, HTA, and PRA landscape
