📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop the office's clinical and administrative team, including Client Service
• Set clear expectations, promote accountability, and reinforce the BAYADA Way in daily decisions and
• Oversee office operations, workflows, budgets, goals, and key performance indicators.
• Monitor operational and clinical performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure
• Lead quality assurance and performance improvement efforts.
• Maintain survey readiness and oversee preparation for regulatory and quality reviews.

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Nurse license OR a four-year college degree.
• Director-level experience leading people, processes, and business operations.
• Demonstrated accountability for key performance indicators, goals, budgets, and measurable outcomes.
• Track record of professional and business growth.
• Ability to work on-site in the Bloomsburg office five days per week.
• Ability to travel throughout Columbia, Montour, and Northumberland counties.
