📋 Description

• Lead Medicare/regulatory compliance and agency strategy.
• Manage clinical and admin operations, including staff and budgeting.
• Ensure COP, accreditation, and payer compliance.
• Lead QAPI, infection control, patient satisfaction, outcomes tracking.
• Maintain survey readiness and inspections with CMS and accreditors.
• Supervise RNs, PTs, OTs, SLPs, MSWs, HHAs and admin staff.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in healthcare or current licensure (RN/PT/OT); Master's preferred.
• Active RN/PT/OT license in good standing (if applicable).
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage clinical operations.
• 3-5 years leadership in Medicare-certified home health agency.
• Knowledge of Medicare regulations, OASIS, HIPAA, and CMS guidelines.
