📋 Description

• Lead the day-to-day operations and performance of the HCV Home Health office
• Set clear expectations and foster a culture centered on The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence, and
• Recruit, hire, onboard, develop, recognize, and retain office and field employees
• Supervise, coach, and support managers and team members to promote accountability and professional
• Partner with Clinical Managers and office leaders to support safe, reliable, high-quality client
• Monitor client service, employee engagement, quality, compliance, productivity, and financial

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of 2 years of verifiable supervisory or management experience in healthcare, home care
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and support teams
• Demonstrated record of achieving goals and taking on increasing responsibility with positive results
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining responsiveness and follow-through
