Fully responsible for management, budgeting, planning, recruiting and fiscal control.
Ensure service quality, compliance, and client satisfaction; staff education.
Mentor staff, grow the office, and pursue industry and referral opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

Four-year college degree required.
Minimum two years of supervisory/management experience.
Hospice and/or home health care experience preferred.
Proven ability to recruit, organize, market and grow an office.
Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus.
