Fully responsible for management and services including budgeting, planning and staffing.
Monitor service quality and ensure compliance and client satisfaction; educate staff.
Support your team; mentor the Associate Director; grow the office with trends and referrals.
Represent BAYADA with service-focused leadership to partners and communities nationwide.

🎯 Requirements

Four year college degree required
Minimum two years of supervisory or management experience
Hospice experience preferred
Home Health Care experience preferred
Demonstrated record of goal achievement and increased responsibility
Proven interpersonal, recruiting and employee relations skills
