📋 Description

• Partner with CTO and SVP of Product as strategic HR lead.
• Lead and mentor the EMEA HRBP team for Italy and beyond.
• Drive organizational design and workforce planning for AI-driven SaaS growth.
• Advise on European labor laws and works councils across markets.
• Coach senior leadership on culture, health, and effectiveness.
• Master data through people analytics to drive HR outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of progressive HR experience, 5+ years scaling Product/Tech
• Global SaaS experience with 500+ employees scale
• Expert in European labor laws and works councils across markets
• Proven ability to scale engineering teams of 150+ in fast growth
• Executive presence with a consultant mindset to advise senior leaders
• Data-driven HR with strong people analytics and metrics
