Director, Internal Communications

📋 Description

• Own and evolve Relativity’s internal communications strategy, channels, and governance.
• Shape narratives linking progress, priorities, and decisions into clear stories.
• Draft and manage executive communications, including All Hands content.
• Maintain an editorial calendar for internal channels (Slack, intranet, newsletters).
• Partner with SMEs across engineering, manufacturing, ops, and HR to surface stories.
• Drive voice and tone standards across internal communications.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, business, or related field.
• 10+ years in editorial, corporate communications, content strategy, or related roles.
• Proven ability to work with senior leaders and draft executive communications.
• Strong editorial judgement; ability to simplify complex technical information.
• Highly organized, self-directed, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting organizational change through clear communications.
