📋 Description

• Lead the execution of software development engineering strategies that align with organizational
• Drive engineering excellence, continuous improvement, and consistent delivery of high-quality
• Establish a culture of accountability, quality, transparency, and on-time delivery while ensuring
• Collaborate with product, architecture, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to align
• Establish and maintain engineering standards, governance frameworks, development practices, and
• Monitor engineering performance and system availability, identify delivery and technology risks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, business, or a related
• 8+ years of experience in software development engineering, application development, or related
• 3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams or enterprise-scale engineering
• 3+ years of experience designing, developing, or overseeing complex enterprise software systems
• 3+ years of experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business
• Strong understanding of clinical laboratory operational workflows, including order-to-report and

🎁 Benefits

• Fully remote position within the United States.
• Full-time employment with approximately 25% travel required.
• Competitive base salary range of $175,000–$225,000, with final compensation determined by relevant
