📋 Description

• Refine, evolve, and execute the organization's learning and development strategy aligned with
• Design innovative and scalable learning solutions that support individual, team, and organizational
• Foster a culture of continuous learning, aligned with Amylyx values, that encourages employee
• Evaluate emerging learning methodologies, technologies, and tools to enhance learning effectiveness
• Measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives and recommend improvements based on business
• Design and manage development programs for individual contributors, emerging leaders, people

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master's degree preferred in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational
• DiSC certification or similar preferred.
• Coaching certification preferred.
• Leadership Circle Profile certification or other 360 certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development
