🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development coupled with Talent Management
• Demonstrated success building and scaling learning programs and capabilities in complex, matrixed
• Experience managing a team of direct reports is required, with a demonstrated ability to coach
• Experience balancing strategic leadership with hands-on program design, content creation
• Strong understanding of the broader talent ecosystem, including performance management, talent
• Proven ability to build trusted partnerships and influence leaders, HR partners, and stakeholders
