Director, Managed Markets - Regional - West

📋 Description

• Lead access strategy and execution across the Mountain and Pacific territory (New Mexico, Arizona
• Manage relationships with regional commercial payers, FFS and managed Medicaid programs, and
• Own and expand the Kaiser Permanente relationship across the West, including Kaiser Foundation
• Develop and maintain senior-level relationships across assigned regional commercial payers, FFS and
• Develop and execute account-specific business plans for the assigned West portfolio, including
• Profile each account's formulary and medical policy review process, utilization management

🎯 Requirements

• Education: BA/BS degree required
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of biotech/pharmaceutical experience, including at least five years
• Kaiser relationships: Current, established relationships with Kaiser Permanente decision makers are
• Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Solid understanding of the Payer sector, including knowledge of Medical/Pharmacy Benefit Designs
