📋 Description

• Own Hedge Accounting Managed Services practice: delivery, performance, growth.
• Design day-to-day operating model for FX and rate programs.
• Lead Hedge Accounting Managers and Derivative Accountants.
• Drive staffing, capacity forecasting, and scalability of the portfolio.
• Set KPIs; step in when signals trouble.
• Build workflows, templates, checklists; adopt tech; advise on hedge strategies (ASC 815, IFRS 9).

🎯 Requirements

• CPA required; advanced degree in Accounting or Finance a plus.
• 12+ years accounting; 8-10 years derivatives/hedge accounting (ASC 815/IFRS 9).
• 5+ years leading accounting/finance teams, including managing managers.
• Proven ops experience: staffing, capacity planning, KPI tracking, workflows.
• Deep fluency in ASC 815 and IFRS 9; defend complex hedge positions.
• FX/IR derivatives expertise; hedge platform experience preferred (Ripple Treasury, Reval).
