Director, Market Access Pricing and Strategy

📋 Description

• Lead the development and execution of the U.S. market access strategy for the lead asset, including
• Develop U.S. pricing and contracting strategies informed by payer research, competitive dynamics
• Shape a differentiated payer value proposition and identify the evidence required to demonstrate
• Partner with Medical Affairs and HEOR to ensure evidence-generation plans address payer
• Develop and execute payer research and engagement strategies across national and regional health
• Translate payer and stakeholder insights into actionable recommendations that inform pricing

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an MBA, PharmD, or other advanced degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant professional experience, including at least 5 years focused on pricing, market
• Demonstrated oncology launch strategy experience across at least 5 U.S. product launches.
• Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare market access, pricing, reimbursement, and payer dynamics.
• Working knowledge of ASP, J-Code, pass-through, buy-and-bill, reimbursement, and IRA-related
• Background in U.S. healthcare government relations is preferred.
