📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to regional and market leadership, connecting financial
• Partner directly with value-based providers to review financial performance, membership trends
• Present provider performance trends, financial insights, and improvement opportunities to providers
• Analyze market financials, claims experience, utilization, membership movement, risk adjustment
• Support market budgeting, forecasting, administrative planning, and recurring financial performance
• Lead financial analysis for strategic initiatives involving market optimization, value-based care

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience working with value-based contracts and/or value-based providers.
• 4+ years of management experience with demonstrated ability to lead teams, initiatives, or complex
• 5+ years of project leadership experience, including cross-functional projects and strategic
• Proven experience advising senior leadership on financial strategies and business performance.
• 2+ years of experience using SQL or other data-analysis tools to evaluate complex financial and

• Annual base salary of $168,000–$231,000, depending on qualifications, experience, education
