• 12+ years in marketing, business, or GTM operations functions, including responsibility for driving
• Builder Mindset: AI solutions built are in production and driving business impact, with necessary
• Comfort with Complexity: Track record of navigating and resolving technical and organizational
• Focus on Output: Success designing and implementing operating models that improved how a function
• Craft Expertise: Technical fluency and systems expertise, including composable CDP architectures
• Leadership: Experience hiring and growing a team of senior individual contributors.
