Director, Member Experience Strategy

📋 Description

• Set, drive and execute the department's strategy and vision to enhance the overall value and impact
• Understand the competitive landscape, member needs, and relevant healthcare and consumer trends
• Work cross functionally to bring new ideas to life, build alignment and drive accountability
• Lead the planning and program management of key company and department strategy initiatives
• Own and continuously evaluate the financial, operational, and performance of the department
• Report to Senior Leadership on the health of the business, strategic priorities, performance

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years experience in healthcare strategy and operations, and/or related field
• 6+ years of management experience
• 3+ years experience in leading large-scale cross functional initiatives
