📋 Description

• Lead MEG across Embedded Delivery and MEG-C with clear deployment KPIs.
• Own the 90-day mission model; deliver measurable outcomes within that window.
• Develop playbooks, processes, and handoff protocols to improve repeatability.
• Own executive-level relationships with client stakeholders, including C-suite.
• Serve as senior escalation point across ~12 ongoing deployments.
• Partner in pre-sales and implementation; address privacy, governance, and compliance needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in client delivery, forward deployment, or technical program management.
• Proven success leading global enterprise deployments in privacy, security, cloud, or data governance.
• Experience building operating systems — playbooks, handoff KPIs — to scale delivery.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in startup or high-growth environments.
• Executive presence: navigate enterprise client conversations at the C-suite level.
• Excellent project and stakeholder management with structured execution.
