📋 Description

• Lead and grow the team: hire, coach, and hold accountable Team Leads, Strategists, and Analysts
• Own the department's business and goals: contribute to annual budget development and own the

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in SEO and organic growth, including meaningful hands-on AEO work in the last 18-24
• Strong POV: able to articulate how AI models build answers, what improves visibility, what's hype
• Led multi-level teams, including managers or team leads; owned hard calls on quality and
• Commercially-minded: tie organic work to pipeline and revenue; can defend attribution approaches to
• Have a network and presence in the industry; enjoy turning conversations into new relationships and
• Player-coach: can simplify complex ideas for new analysts and skeptical CMOs; operate at both
