📋 Description

• Lead brand strategy and AI-driven innovation at Snowflake.
• Define long-term brand approach and execute integrated campaigns to drive growth and awareness.
• Oversee AI governance for brand voice, guidelines, and visuals across generative AI workloads.
• Manage a global team including an AI Brand Architect and Brand Operations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to scale brand education and campaigns worldwide.
• Operate in a rapid-scale environment with a focus on authentic, culturally relevant branding.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of marketing experience with at least 5 years in brand strategy and large-scale campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI, ML, and prompt engineering to guide AI brand initiatives.
• Proven ability to drive AI tool adoption, workflows, automations, and scalable templates.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-team collaboration skills.
• Track record of advocating for teams, developing talent, and hands-on execution.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business; MBA preferred.
