Director of Business Development (Army)

📋 Description

• Identify, qualify, and shape new business opportunities in the Army market aligned with Agile
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with senior leaders across Army PAEs, CPEs, and programs.
• Create strategic account and customer call plans focused on growth and new market penetration.
• Conduct competitive and market analysis to guide business development strategies.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities through Business Intelligence tools and brief
• Lead responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and other early-phase business development

🎯 Requirements

• 7 - 10 years experience in business development, capture, or opportunity shaping within the Army
• Bachelors degree (preferred, or substituted with additional years of experience)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong understanding of Federal procurement processes, government contracting, and competitive
• Ability to build relationships, develop strategies, and drive opportunities independently and as
