Identify and qualify customers and partners; conduct outreach and product demos.
Manage, nurture, and retain Blueprint accounts.
Bridge customers and Product Teams; map workflows across trading, staking, ops, finance, and reporting.
Develop partnerships with staking, data, trading, and custody vendors.
Own cross-scope projects like revenue ops, onboarding, and product management.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in business development, partnerships, or early-stage sales.
Strong customer storytelling and trust-building with institutional users.
Proven track record managing multiple priorities in fast-paced settings.
Highly motivated, ambitious, eager to contribute.
Strong knowledge/interest in digital assets.
