Director of Commercial Pricing & Finance

📋 Description

• Serve as the commercial finance lead for client accounts with senior ops and accounts.
• Own portfolio revenue, margin, utilization, and forecast accuracy.
• Provide financial guidance on staffing, scope changes, and investments.
• Lead commercial structuring for new business and large renewals.
• Build and challenge pricing models reflecting risk and profitability.
• Coordinate with global teams on cross-market deals and pricing.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business.
• 10+ years experience as a commercial or business analyst in finance/analytics.
• Experience across multiple client engagements and service lines.
• Experience with pricing and analytics tools.
• Proven ability to manage a P&L, including forecasting and budgeting.
• Deep understanding of contract management principles.
