• Own end-to-end media relations, cultivating journalist relationships.
• Shape narratives around Axon’s mission, products, and impact.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Investor Relations to elevate storytelling.
• Translate complex tech into compelling public-facing narratives.
• Guide proactive media opportunities, launches, and executive visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in media relations, PR, journalism, or corporate communications with a national
• Proven success securing coverage across business, technology, and trade outlets.
• Strong media relationships and reporting/communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced tech, agency, or public-facing orgs.
• Excellent writing, editing, and messaging capabilities.
• Bonus: Public safety, GovTech, or regulated industries experience.
