📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive compensation experience, including at least 3 years of people leadership
  • Experience within professional services, consulting, financial services, or similarly complex
  • Deep expertise in compensation program design, salary administration, compensation planning, and
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Compensation, including configuration, reporting, analytics, and
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex information into actionable
  • Experience supporting compensation due diligence, integration planning, and retention strategies
